The operating system for cell therapy research.

Cell therapy labs run on a patchwork: an ELN for notes, a separate LIMS for inventory, FlowJo for FACS, spreadsheets for DOE. Nothing connects a protocol to its results. BioPilot is one platform with cell-therapy-native ontologies — built around how researchers actually work, from exploratory R&D through GMP.

The Short Version

Trained in biology, ended up in software once it was obvious the bottleneck in the lab was never the science. I design and build the systems in between — data pipelines, AI integrations, and the ontology models that let software think in cell lines, passages, and CQAs.
